Vanitas fully realizes how standing on the edge of a building might look, but he's got too much he needs to take care of to unalive himself, let alone over this very minor transgression. He is, however, an insufferable madman – Riddle is right about that. Maybe he's grown too whimsical during the time he spent away from humanity, but he's finally being a good boy and taking the stairs.
(It'd be so much faster if he just, you know. Jumped down...but he'd likely get in way too much trouble for that to be plausible...) ]
