It says a lot that Vanitas has tuned out others as much as he has today, how any stares or comments other people might be making about them hardly matter and are falling on deaf ears. He hasn't noticed most of it, anyway, because he's so honed in on Noé and this little 'date' they're having. There's always going to be a part of him that's alert, simply due to his past and how he's lived most of his life up until now, but he's only selectively paying attention to the people around him. ]
